Kingston Kimball Console Gets Major Overhaul

Thursday, October 13, 2005 - The console of the big Kimball theatre organ in Kingston, Ontario, is undergoing a major re-fitting. Part of the work was done by Organ Supply Industries of Erie, Pennsylvania, and part by us, Classic Organ Works, in our shop in Markham, Ontario.

At 8pm on Friday, November 4th, England's, Richard Hills, will play the first concert on the re-fitted console.

The organ is in the Church of the Redeemer, 89 Kirkpatrick Street.

Admission is $15 but advance purchase is recommended by the Kingston Theatre Organ Society.
