Classic Organ Works does not provide personal information about its customers, such as e-mail addresses or credit information, to anyone outside the company without the consent of the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is normally by UPS courier.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be added (at cost) to the sales invoice.
Components returned to Classic Organ Works for whatever reason, should be sent "shipping prepaid", and only after a return authorization is received.
Should Classic Organ Works determine that a product under warranty must be returned to the factory for service, Classic Organ Works will advise the customer as to the means by which the product should be returned. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Classic Organ Works will then repair of replace the product and ship it at no cost to the customer.
